Hello...
I am in need of some help please. I have a 9630 Tour that is acting quite strange. When I pull and replace the battery the screen lights up and the hour glass appears. Then the screen goes black and blank. The keyboard lights up, the phone vibrates and LED indicator turns on when an email arrives.

On occasion the the keyboard will illuminate in time with the blinking LED ???

Please if you have any suggestions please let me know... the phone worked great then I locked the key board and this is the result! ??
