I'm curious what is meant by "reactivated my email service".
I replaced a broken SIM with a new SIM, same carrier, same account, same BlackBerry smartphone, and it was seamless. I didn't have to do anything with my BlackBerry data service.
I also wonder if a hard reset will sort things out. Seems to me if you see the email in the all messages folder, then they are on the device. Might try that before restoring backup email databases.
