Default Event ID 10000 Failed OTASL Upgrade Refresh

I upgraded our 4.1.6 MR7 BES w/ MSDE to 4.1.7 MR3 over the weekend. Now when I launch the Manager I recieve this Error in the App EV. We are planning to upgrade to 5.0.1 this week, then 5.0.3 the following week. Is this error cleared up in the 5.0 software?
