I am trying to download an app that is a jag file. The app is available on a website and when you download it it sends the file to your email account. I downloaded the file to my lap top but how do i download it to my Blackberry?

If you are trying to install an application to your BlackBerry and that application installation is in the form of a JAD file, then you need access the download link DIRECTLY in your BlackBerry Browser on the device.

There isnt a download directly option on the website they send you and email with the jag file. How can i open the file in my blackberry?

Is it a "JAG" file? If so, I don't know what that is. And don't think it's compatible with BlackBerry.

If it's a JAD file, then open the email message on your BlackBerry and click on the link in the message to download the file.

Never mind i got it apparently i wasn't doing the link in the email they sent right on my phone.
