| Re: cannot log onto exchange server You may have to perform a "hard" reset on your phone since you upgraded your OS if you are using BES. I am assuming you are using a BES server.
After the hard reset, perform Blackberry Enterprise Activation again.
Remember to back your device before the hard reset if you have important stuff on it still.
