I am setting up a new email system and need to up load my Pearl address book and have it auto update as changes are made in either the BB or the email system. Do I use OUTLOOK or is there a better choice? AlanBBPearl

Outlook isn't a messaging system/server. It's a client.

Do you intend to set up your own messaging server, such as Exchange or Lotus Domino?
Are you planning to implement BES?

If your only requirement is wireless contacts sync, then why not just switch to GMail?

You need to clearly define your requirements and budget before any useful recommendations can be made.
