Would appreciate some help, I have a BB Torch and recently when I type the dot above the i is missing and this means email addresses with i's in them wont send? any idea what I have done?

Check in Auto Text and see if you have "i" set to always become "I" or some other letter.

If the OP is talking about capital vs. lower case I. When sending emails or entering a web page address the DNS servers will in almost all cases disregard the case.

yeah its definatly not a upper/lower case thing, it looks exactly like a lower case i but without the dot above? none of the other letters seem any different?
