I have a microsD card but can't download songs fron sites like tubidy. The download gets to 26%ish then fails? Any good solutions? And yes the card is inserted properly.

Your download speed may be too slow for you to complete the download. Does it happen if you're in a different location? Virgin has no roaming and gets shunted to the bottom of the priority list on Sprint's network. Simple network congestion could bump you off and close your data connection. Or Virgin may be limiting individual download sizes. I'd give Virgin a call.

The download goes extremely slow I must admit, always stops at around 27% so I get 54 seconds of the song

Alternative - download songs with a pc then transfer them to BB with a USB cable.
