My BlackBerry recently broke, so Orange have sent me a new handset.
I can't set up my email because on the email setup there is only the "I want to use a work email account with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server."
Also, when I go on the internet, it will only work when connected to wifi. This is odd because I have a data plan, and my BlackBerry Messenger is working.

Call your carrier and make sure the BB data plan is proerly activated on your account and reflecting the new BB.

then, log onto your BIS account (via Internet, not using the BB) and change the IMEI and PIN to that of the new BB.

Then resend service books.

Finally, do a battery pull - with the device on, remove the battery. Leave it out for 30-60 seconds, replace it and let the device reboot.
