Is it 9800 as in your post or an 8900 in your profile?

What did you do just before this began to occur?

Have you tried a battery pull? With the device ON, remove the battery for 30-60 seconds, replace it and let the device reboot.

And for a faster response, a more descriptive title than "someone please help me" is a better option.
