Default blackberry screwed?

Please Login to Remove!

I have a blackberry 9700 bold

a few weeks ago i sent a txt and the phone switced off and then went into the infamous bb restart loop where it goes half way up the load screen and then restarts.

since then i have tried everything to try to get it to reload the os software with no avail.

it is connected to the rear of the comp where there are the standard 4 usb ports.

i found software on the internet that said it would completely wipe the mobile software so i tried that aswell,

what it does now is ges half way up the load screen then to a white screen where it says wiping hoever it only gets to 11% before it stops and restars again.

on the loader and desktop software it does not come up usb pin unknown, it comes up usb with my pin number for the phone?

can anyone think of any ideas what i could try now?

Try wiping with JL_Commander first, then use AppLoader.exe to restore the software. AppLoader.exe is part of BlackBerry Desktop Software and is accessed via the command line in Windows.

When you follow the FAQ instructions here:How do I upgrade the OS on my BlackBerry? - BlackBerryFAQ and delete the vendor.xml file you will also see apploader.exe in that same folder. Double-click on it to start it.
