1st step is a 30-second battery pull. Follow that with resending your service books.
Then open Messages and use the Menu key to go to Options. Make sure all accounts are set to display messages.
Next, try going into the Setup app, into email accounts, and re-enter your passwords for those accounts that are not appearing in the general Messages folder. Double-check that you have those accounts set to be delivered to the handheld.
A final option is to delete the email accounts from your BIS (either via the internet on a pc through the Rogers BIS portal0 or via the Setup app on your BlackBerry.
Go to Messages > Options > Inbox Management, make sure each account that you want to show in your Messages folder is checked.
