Do you have a genuine BlackBerry data plan? If it doesn't specifically say "BlackBerry" then you need to call curve and have them add a BB data plan. Then you will get the service books to use WiFi.

i have no idea what a data plan is. im completely clueless about these phones, i can do everything else, access my internet through my payg, use my bbm my bluetooth, everything , just not wifi, as i said clueless lol

unfortunatly this is happening to both mine and my bf's BB's. my bfs could originally connect to wifi, when i was with sky, but no i am with bt and neither of ours will connect, i think its got something to do with the homehub???

Please do not use text speak on the forum.

If your both having trouble and it does seem you have a Blackberry Data plan, then I would check the options on the home hub. Are you sure you set the BB's SSID correct including the security type and code? these are usually the problem.
