My phone is driving me ......
The chat has been hanging all day and now to make matters worse, so is everything else.
I can't call, send a text or even go on the internet.
Everything just freezes.
I have been in touch with my network provider and they asked to remove battery and put back
Tried all that, same thing.
Is anyone else experiencing this or is it JUST ME?!
What can I do?

Unless it is your BB it may be the network. A common issue. Another reason could be the amount of memory available. Do you have a lot of Apps? Check to see how much and if it's low you may have to delete some. It lso could be an App that is constantly running and causing the BB to just be slow.
