Default Blackberry 8320 +e mail/data plans

Please Login to Remove!

Hi

I've just come back to using this...after a shaky start.

It's started coming into its own for texting (PAYG)....it's really surprised me how efficiently it works (once you ve got a bit use to it).

I'm wondering if i can expand on is usage to include a "data plan"; are there any reasonably priced/free deals? I know these things are often better on a contract but I'm just wondering if there is anything available. Earlier on the year t mobile were offering a limited service for free... is that still available?

I'm using an orange sim ATM but orange want 15 a month for a dataplan (more than I want to invest).

Any suggestions or developments?

TIA

David

ps be nice to use it for facebook...sorry if that soiunds sad.

You need a specific Blackberry dataplan/bolton/whatever Orange calls it. Call your carrier and discuss it with them. You need the specific BB dataplan for email, BBM, Facebook. maps, etc. A generic on is a poor work around. This from our FAQ explains it: What do I need a Data Plan for? - BlackBerryFAQ

Also, please update your profile to show your current cell carrier. We use that info when you have problems.
