|  QP Encoded email content from Desktop Mail to Gmail

We are facing QP-encoded character inserted in the mail content (from mail desktop) once received at the recipient (gmail).
Is there anywhere we can tune the settings to make the recipient to get the normal mail.

* we are on BES 5.0 servers and user handheld ranged from 9700, Javelin and 9780.
