Im from the Philippines and I'm trying to use the BBmap but when I open it i don't see any maps all I can see is diagonal lines and the pointer or indicator. My BIS is activated. pls help

If you have a BB dat aplan, resend the service books.

Also you need to make sure that you are in an area that BB maps supposrts and covers.

Does GoogleMaps work correctly?

thanks for the reply. how do i do the service book thing? I tried downloading google maps, i clicked install but in the middle of downloading it failed.

Or call your carrier and have them do it.
