Default Problem on Installing application for BB bold 9780

Please Login to Remove!

Why is it I can't install an application on my bb app world. I've always encountered this error -There is a problem on installation. Please try again-.
Please help me on this. I've already contacted my service provider but still no solution. I've tried so many troubleshooting links but still same same error occurs. What shall I do???...

It looks like you have a blackberry data plan so unless your on a corporate BB or do not have a Appworld id it should work.

Hi Thanks for your reply.
I do have a BB id and the corporate bb you're referring to is the Bb enterprise server? Am I right? I don't use my enterprise server email.
Can you please help my why this problem occurs? I'm really freaking on this problem I can't help it. I can't install any application likewise upgrade my current apps.

Not clear if this is a corporate BB but If your on a corporate BB it may be a block set up by your IT department. The IT policy controls the download of Apps and other use . The only thing you can do is talk to your IT support group and see if they will allow the App. FYI, most wont.

I'm not using a corporate BB. Why is it I can't still install an application. Please help me.

Two questions - do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account - a specific BB plan and is App World allowed in your country?
