Default Unlock code (0)

Please Login to Remove!

Okay, I paid for an unlock code but it didn't work. So i googled loads of solutions incase I was doing something wrong and nothing else worked. My phone is now left on 0 attempts on unlocking it and I don't know what to do.
How can I restore this?

Nothing, you should have stopped at the first failure and read the instructions again to make sure your following them.
you may be able to send it back to RIM.

edit

Read this link

http://www.blackberryfaq.com/index.p...EP_unlock_code

where did you get the code and did you get instructions?

If you have 0 attempts left, it is permanently locked to the carrier that sold it. As tsac said, you might be able to get RIM or a store that has the proper legal software to unlock it for a fee.

I've heard of people suggesting going to RIM to get the counter reset, but I've never actually heard anyone confirm that they do offer that. Anyone?

Spammer? No, never. Haven't you heard of the huge global cellular provider called "business?"

Yes, I have heard.

There are two routes, and only two, to achieve this.
* IF your device is in warranty, contact your service provider technical support. Tell them you have this issue which needs to be escalated to RIM level customer support. I'll warn you that most carrier technical support people will first assume and think you are referring to a device security unlock, and you will need to convince them otherwise and explain clearly what you need. THEY will not be able to help you because the carriers themselves cannot unlock a device which has had the MEP code attempts depleted, and should (and you will need to ask) to have the case escalated to RIM level tech support.

* If your device is out of warranty, contact RIM direct. See the Contact Us information from the website: BlackBerry - BlackBerry | Contact Research In Motion (RIM) The options you want to select to speak to BlackBerry Customer Care are 3 (for inquiries, orders, billing, e-RMA etc) then 5 (e-RMA and Out of Warranty).

What happens after you contact BlackBerry though. Do they do it remotely, or do you have to send them the device?

Ok here is some info. For next time just open a new thread with your question.
Not a problem. we just like to keep the threads to the question asked.

By the way. I think you should also update your carrier unless the singer does your cell stuff.
