Thank's for the reply, since i contacted 3 and they declined to do it, i received an activation email from blackberry, my phone then started showing the blackberry icon in the top right corner and the online registering service for virgin media IS no longer say's it's registered with another provider but say's i need to register the handset via email on the device. I can't do this though as on the device it only give's me the option to add a work email to the enterprise server?
