Me and a friend both have new 8520's and have gone through the steps of setting up each other as BB instant messenger contacts. She recieves my IM's no problem, but I don't get hers?
Can anyone shed any light on this? Have tried a battery removal on both phones just in case and trawled through forums to find similar topics, its probably something simple, well I hope anyway.

Try deleting her and re adding? .
