Hi quick question, I have a curve 9360 and whenever I receive a text message, the time always shows 12:00 pm.

The time settings I have (I think) is correct.

update time - manual,
format 12 hour,
time zone - BJ HK,
Auto update time zone - off

Any ideas? Thanks for the help!

some indication this could be a carrier issue after reading info on RIM's site. A call to the carrier may help
