I got a new 9900 yesterday, love it but getting increasingly annoyed at not being able to arrange contacts by surname. When I select the arrange by last name option and save it it converts the contacts fron firstname surname to surname, firstname but theyre still arrange by the first name. Ive tried setting it to company and then back again with no success.

Any ideas? Youd think a business phone would make sure this was an easy enough thing to do.
