Unhappy Curve 8520 bluetooth prob HELP!!!

i can send stuff to other phones but cant recive it says faild on other device can any one help me.

Did you try INITIATING the transfer FROM your BlackBerry?

Open a Media Application such as Music or Pictures. Press the Menu button. Select Receive Using Bluetooth.
