Default Bold 9900 "Nuked" - Orange UK

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I have had my Blackberry Bold 9900 for just over 1 week now. I am with the UK network carrier Orange.

I was following a tutorial to fix the problem and using the loader I selected what to install, but my BlackBerry continued to restart during this process and so the first stage of the Loader worked where it "Loaded the files" but when it came to "Initialize" the BlackBerry it would not continue any further.

If you look at the last screenshot I have been pressing 'Retry' for some time now with no luck.

All help is appreciated.

Cheers.

Is your device connected directly to your PC, or through a USB hub?

It's connected directly to my desktop PC. Shall I try a different USB port as this one is on the front of the desktop (in comparison to being behind where the majority of the ports are).

Give it a shot. If that fails, is it possible to try at a different PC?

No look with using a different USB port. As soon as it comes to the Initializing stage it restarts like it always does.

I can't see trying another PC making that much of a difference, especially since this PC is my primary PC and is high-powered.
