I have talked to my carrier and they say I need a new battery, but they don't have one to send me. They said to contact RIM, but I don't know how. An email address would be my first choice, but I'll take anything. Thank you.

RIM will not send you a new battery. I was gonna suggest one of this sites Sponsors but their website doesn't seem to be functioning quite right.

If it is still under warranty (and you bought your phone from Tmob) then they shouldn't have a problem replacing your defective? battery.

Then what do I do?

T-Mobile says they don't have any batteries.

Keep calling them - I don't think anyone here can get you a battery...
