I have a client who is desperate to sync his Outlook calendar and contacts to his Blackberry.

He currently has an SBS2003 server but im not confident that it would be able to handle the stress of BES Express (32bit OS so 4GB ram max running Exchange & CRM database with 10 users).

I have been looking at alternatives and we have run a trial of both NotifySync and AstraSync but he didnt like the new interface and the fact you cant see easily if an email has been sent (he missed the tick you normally get with BIS & BES).

What other options do i have? I know the desktop redirector used to work but has been discontinued and im not sure it would be compatible with his OS6 blackberry.

Any other ideas?

Use Desktop Manger to sync Outlook calendar and contacts via USB. Is there an IT Policy that might be preventing it?

Thats what he is currently doing but he wants to live sync (wireless) as he is often out of the country without pc access.

Google sync with Google calendar and contacts should work. I use it all the time.
