Default Deactivating Enterprise

Ok, so I searched this topic and loads of suggestions, but none seem to fit my situation.

I pre-pay for a monthly Domestic Blackberry service and it is great. if I do not pay, it shuts off, but only until I top up and it immediately comes back. Has been great for the 4 years that I have been in Dubai!

So this month, it said I "cancelled" it - which i didn't. I snooped around my Blackberry and saw that the enterprise thing was not activated. I thought maybe that was it, so tried to activate it. I got a ton of jibberish emails, saying it was trying to activate and to not do anything.

I paid the amount owed to Etisalat and I still didn't have BBM, email nor internet. I called by service provider and they said they could not activate this service, as the enterprise thing had been activated - and they cannot run 2 systems at once.

I went to deactivate it, and it said it is not activated. So, now I am stuck.

I need help! And like Blackberry for Dummies kind of help - I SUCK at these things, clearly!!!

If anyone knows what to do, please let me know!!!

Just dial 101 (You are on a Wasel Plan?) and explain that you are experiencing BIS issues and would like to be escalated to BIS Support. Explain to them what it was you did on your phone, they should be able to help you resolve the issue.
