hi all if any one has a idear on how to sort this problem please do tell i have a bb 9780 that was used in spain but wish to use it in the uk now, when you turn it on with sim in the phone it tells me the sim is locked and needs a unlock code and asks for the network mep code please help

You will need to either;

a: Purchase an unlock code from a reputable online source.

b: Bring it in to a neighborhood store and purchase an unlock code.
