Angry Balckberry problem URGENT please

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I had configure one email account exchange in one of my blackberry decvices (bold) running on the last os version. and i found that when I read any email into my handset, just read it, automatically desapears from my inbox into my exchange web server.

Anyone can help me please.

also in another blackberry and email account doen't allow me to configure it!! i don't know why?

Can be because the username is example (s.hotel) and the inbox name is diferent and is (s hotel)???

they have to be the same?

1 What i want to ask is that i have an exchange account configured and when i open a received mail in my bb then it desapears automatically from my inbox in my inbox in my exchange account on my internet explorer web exchange? Why?

2 The second question is that when i'm trying to configure another exchange account into another blackberry i can't and i don't know why. I'm doing exactly the same than the other and the only difference is that fOr this one whe is asking me for user i write x.xxxxx and when is asking me for the inbox name is x xxxxx without the . In the middle. Can be that they have to be the same?

On the first case that is configured but is deletting automatically from the inbox on internet web explorer the username on the email setup and the inbox name are the same.

Did i explained better now?

How are you accessing the Exchange data - through a web browser? OWA?

Frankly I don't understand the problem either

I think he is checking his mail on his BlackBerry, and when he does that, and checks his mail account via a browser on a computer, the mail is gone.

I don't see what IE webex has to do with his BlackBerry e-mail settings though...(shrugs)

Why? If your using a corporate BES account it may have a setting to remove the email from the server once read by the BB. Check with the IT group if you use BES.

If not follow the link i gave you in the other post to add an email address.

hi,

sorr again is hard to explain this for me in english!

I'm checking the emails on my blackberry and then when i go to exchange web explorer and i check the inbox they are gone!
