Blackberry Fam

For the last 24 hours my Blackberry Curve randomly keeps shutting itself off. I am also experiencing problems with the web too. Social media updates are sporadic, emails are not displaying properly ( parts are missing) and I am not able to browse the web.

I contacted Vodafoneand they told me that it could be the 'sim' and they would send a new one. They also advised that I reset the phone and refresh my mobile network status. I did this but the handset still not working properly. So called them again and they did some tests and told me it was the handset and I should send it off for repair. The handset is less than three months old. I have no idea why this is happening. Any help would be much appreciated.

When did this start? What happened right before this started? Did you install any new themes or apps? Also, try taking the SD card out and see if that clears it up.
