Default Torch 9860 2 phones in 1 week

Please Login to Remove!

I upgraded to the 9860 and had 2 new ones in a week so I cancelled my upgrade!

The 1st time it went wrong it needed a reboot and then just kept rebooting and wouldn't come back on.

The second phone, well I'm not sure what happened. I went to use it and it wouldn't turn on, I plugged it in in case the battery had died although I know it was nearly full. When I finally managed to get the phone to react to pressing the on button the same thing happened.

I like to have a few apps on and I'd purchased a 16gb memory card for the 2nd phone. I'd downloaded bubble buster on the 2nd phone too.

Is there something I should or shouldn't be doing with this new Torch as I'd quite like to give it another go, but not so sure as I'd spent so much time setting it up how I wanted them!

I would delete any added Apps and also do a wipe on the BB to clear any odd problems. Then re-register or set up the BIS email only. If this fixes the problem then one of your apps is causing the problem.
Go to the FAQ section for info on doing a wipe and resetting the BB. a wipe sets the BB back to factory. Do not do a restore from DM.
