I got my BB curve 3G 9300 from singapore in march2011. Due to some reasons, my trackpad is not working. I am currently in mumbai, India. But it seems that here they do not provide such technical support for BB purchased from outside india. This is very bad from BB support point of view. Any BB employees, pls revert.

For what it's worth, this is a privately owned forum and not associated with RIM.

Also, the seller is the first level of support for BlackBerrys. If "They" didn't sell the BlackBerry to you then it is no surprise "They" are not supporting it.

My advice is find a reputable repair shop and get an estimate.

If you perhaps exposed the BlackBerry to moisture, remove the battery and put the device in dry uncooked rice for four or five days to dry it out, then test.
