Hi BBF,

I have recently received a message on my BB from BB Internet service. It states that i need to validate my password for one of my Hotmail accounts that i have pushed to my BB.

The problem is when i go in to email settings, its asking me for a user name and password, i have no clue what these are, i don't even remember setting these when i had the phone.

How do i find out what these are?
Is it possible to get them reset?
Why is Blackberry causing me these problems?

Any help would be great.

Contact your phone service provider if you don't know the user name and password for the Email Setup. They can reset them for you.

If it was easy to get user and password information security would be zero.
