Untransfered E-mail Settings Recently got a new phone. My place of work purchased 9650's to replace our 9650's (I didn't understand it either). I transferred all my settings using blackberry desktop including E-mail settings. Problem is that it will not receive emails. When I go to the setup to verify account with password it will not work and gives me a message "sorry unable to continue your session" I deleted the accounts from the registry on the phone but they still show up. I cannot get them to disappear or get them set up. Any suggestions???????? |
Re: Untransfered E-mail Settings Are you using BIS or BES? If BIS, did you log into your BIS account and changed the IMEI and PIN to that of the new device? |
