Unhappy App World install error

Please Login to Remove!

When I 'finish' the App World download on my Blackberry, it gives me this error and appears not to give me the app.

Error: Invalid Manifest or Application descriptor.

The "RIM-COD-Size-31" attribute is missing.
I also tried installing it manually via computer but it gives me an/a error/statement.

Downloads via USB are not enabled for this product.
If anyone could help that would be useful.
