Default BeepUs won't work in my BB9900

Hey guys, I just recently downloaded BeepUs but won't work smoothy on my BB. I can transmit voice message to my BB contact but can't received theirs or if I do receive their message I can't play it. I tried uninstalling the app and install it again but it didn't help. Could somebody pls help me!! Tnx.
