I am trying to sync. my BB Bold with Outlook.
I have reinstalled all Windows software and created a new pst file with my previous emails and address book.

When I try to configure the synchronization with BB desktop, this software looks for the old *.pst file in its old location (desktop), and I don't have it any longer.

I have tried the "reset setting" button but it doesn't fix the issue.

How can I tell BB Desktop software to "grab" the new *pst file?

Move the new .pst file to the location it wants. Update Outlook with the new location of the data file.

you must be using a non default location for the new Outlook file.
