Hello.

I need help as my bold 9700 is giving me the above error 10 times a day and it's driving me CRAZY!

Every time this happens, the mobile will reboot. This happens even when mobile is in cover and not being used.

These errors are difficult to trace.

If you recently installed an app, delete it and test. I don't know if a theme could possibly be the culprit, but if you just installed a third-party theme, try removing it and test.

If it were me, I would do a full backup (just in case) and then use Desktop Manager to force an OS reinstallation. See KB03621-How to reload device software and applications on the BlackBerry smartphone using BlackBerry Desktop Software.
