Little black clock

Hi i keep getting this little black clock in the middle of my screen it stops everything working i can,t receive call msgs nothing what can i do please help i have a 9300

The clock symbol is a "busy" indicator. It's telling you that the phone is busy processing something. You probably have some background application running.

Or you do not have much available free memory.

too many apps using memory is one cause
