Id Account Has Been Locked
 

When I try to lock into my apps world I get it gives me the following message: Your Blackberry ID account has been locked for security reasons. Please try again later. (Error Id 40730). I attempted to create a new bb id but to no avail. Its been locked for over 6 weeks now!! PLEASE HELP!!!!

my blackberry id seems have been blocked,when i try to accessing it,its say unable to update my blackberry id,and my blackberry apps also got error and i cant upgrade the apps "there is an issue with the current session.Please login to continue (error Id 30702)
what should i do?please help...ty

i already reset the blackberry id and the same things pop out..an i cant download or upgrades the apps..please help..ty..:-(

Connect to your PC while visiting App World on a PC, and when you do, it should ask you to update your device(sign in as well). If you have no issues while installing from the plugin (from app world, from a browser), then you should have no more issues.

Did you recently change devices or something?

This same thing happened to me???, but thank to ? blackberry forum that helped me???. Am so glad
