Question Hi, looking for help with bb 9360

Please Login to Remove!

Hi just after a little help & advice if poss.

I bought my bb on 27th Dec 2012.
I brought it home charged it everything was working fine, a few days later I downloaded bb desktop manager and when I connected the phone it said there was an update available, I let the phone update.
Once the update completed I also put some songs on. I then made a phone call and the call kept disconnecting as in I could not hear the person at the other end and "call failed" appeared on screen.
My son tried to ring me and his name came up but no bb ringtone, and when I answered I could not hear him or him hear me.
I had a look at the device sounds and all were the same as when I brought it home from the shop. These problems continued for the rest of the day.
I then decided to reset the phone completely everything worked brilliant not a call fail or anything, music went off the phone when I did reset but at least the phone was working!
That was up until I decided to update again last night, update completed everything was fine bb messages, emails texts, my friend phoned this morning and half way through the phone cut off, call failed! Tried to phone her back, screen said I was dialling but no sound, she tried to phone me my phone makes no noise though shows display as someone phoning, I answer and nothing, no sound!
Turned phone off then back on let me dial out with me been able to hear then when I answered the house phone I rang all cut off again!
I have no sound when I get a message and I can not make calls!
What am I doing wrong!
Any help would be great fully accepted!
Thanks for taking time to read!

Have you a MicroSD card installed in the device?

Then ensure that you are storing all music on the card. It sounds as if you are using device memory.

Hi, yes I did select the card as the storage as I thought mayb that could be the problem.

Because the phone has been unusable today I connected back to desktop and reverted back to the previous version, so far so good! Is there anything I can do to free up space on my phone?

Thank you x
