My team recently upgraded two of our devices. One from BB pearl to Torch 9850 and second phone from BB Bold to latest Bold.

Problem is with previous devices we could both receive e-mail from our single AOL address. Since upgrade only one phone is able to receive e-mail is there a way to still receive mail from the one address on our new devices?

Any assistance or suggestions on how to overcome would be most welcome. However, I am far from tech knowledgeable so please take pity on someone who does not speak Blackberry speak.

You may need to login to the BIS server ( your carrier indicates Verizon) and reset or update the blackberry it sends the emails to.
