I installed the photostudio app erlier on today on mky blackberry 8250 i confirmed the reboot and then waited it loaded up but then does not allow me to enter my password on the locked screen with no signal and a star next to the silent/normal/loud etc settings logo, any ideas will not connect to desktop bb as i had not connected my phone before this please help?! x

hope you have a backup because it sounds like the app corrupted the OS. you may need to do a reload. check the FAQ section for info on using one of the available helper programs.

Was the App designed for your model and OS type?

Im not sure but can i have a link to instructions how to fix this will be appreciated cheers

Please verify the device. You posted 8250, but I think the only 8200 series devices are the 8220 and 8230. At least we only have an OS for those two BBs. You need an OS for your specific device.

Perhaps it is an 8520? If so look at the sticky at the top of the 8500 section for the latest OS and instructions for your specific BB.
