I have seen previous threads on my BB Torch 9800 problem, but they do not fix the problem for me.

I want to sync my outlook 2003 using my laptop which runs Windows 7. I get the message on address book only that I can't sync this, as it is set to wifi. I have wifi turned off for everything. A previous fix for somebody was that gmail was set to wifi. I am not, and have not set anything like this up.
Help would be much appreciated, Thank you in advance

Are you using Desktop Manager to sync using the USB cable?

You cannot sync contacts and calendar wirelessly unless you have a BB data plan and wifi turned on.
