number of rings on BB 9300 curve
 

Hi

I'm new on the forum and having problems with the number of rings on the above phone it was only ringing 3 times before going to voice mail and will now only ring once, then goes to VM.

I have tried contacting AOL but their site won't take a question on this, and you just go round in circles and back to the help page. No solution in the BB documentation and can't find a setting on the phone itself.

I'd appreciate some help !

AOL is a cellphone service provider now?

The number of rings before going to voicemail is controlled by the service provider. You have to go through them.

Thanks will go to Vodaphone, Blackberry were very clear that you have to go to the internet service provider which in my case is AOL but it did occur to me that probably wasn't right.
