I am running windows 7, and I was able to sync my phone with my computer with no issues. It has now stopped working. Desktop Manager no longer sees that the phone is connected. The only changes I remember making are installing iTunes and HP MediaVault software which includes NT backup. Are there any known issues with the bberry and this software? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Could be that one of those apps modifyed the USB profile.

I have tried a battery pull, and no luck. I suspect it is some conflict with a driver or other software. How do I determine which it is? I have tried searching around, but I don't see anything about the two specific software packages I mention.
