Question bb email help???

so i had my email account on my blackberry and was able to read and send emails. the other day i updated my software to the 6.0 bundle 3084. after i updated and installed the software update, it cleared all my information. i went to compose an email, and a message popped up saying "No message services configured. You will be redirected to the Setup Wizard to set up your email account" then it gave the option of OK or CANCEL. i press ok and it takes me to an email activation screen. on it, it says "To activate email on your blackberry device, type the password for your email address(es)." my email address is shown below and i checked it and typed it in. i typed in y password and clicked verify. whenever i do that, it says "Sorry, unable to continue your session. please log in again." i try it again and it wont work. on the previous screen there is a place where i can click activate... but it wont let me. does antone mnow what to do or what to do to fix this? thank you!!!!

What BB do you really have? As far as I know, there is no 8560 on Verizon.

Are you on BES? If so, you need to talk to your BES Admin about it.

If not, you need to get the service books back by either reregistering using the host routing table or resending service books (see the FAQ). After doing that, do a battery pull.

well im pretty sure its 8560.

and no i am honestly not even sure what a bes is.. im not super technologically advances. but i will go look through the faqs and see if ican find anything.

There is no 8560 BB.

Another problem, If it's a Verizon it may be a 8530. If so then Verizon only offers 5.0 on it's web site. OS 6 may not function correctly on your BB.

I have exactly the same problem. I also have Verizon, but mine is a Bold 9650.

Please help it is incredibly frustrating!

I have the same problem. Just updated yesterday and kablam same message as op. Using 9330 on verizon. Blackberry is starting to get old with problems.
