Question Cant Text All Of A Sudden Get A Message

Please Login to Remove!
MY DAUGHTERS PHONE GET THIS MESSAGE WHEN SHE TRY,S TO TEXT SOMEONE..she can recieve texts just cant start one all of a sudden..


uncaught exception
java.lang.index out of bounds exception



then theres a ok tab



its a blackberry torch 9800

but a wipe and reload may help

so i need to Upgrade to BlackBerry 6.0.0.286 (bundle 864) is this avalible.

I would first try to simply reload using the same OS level. Failing that try upgrading.

Go to the top of the forum page to the FAQ section. You will find info on using JL_cmdr and BB sak to assist in a reload. Also there are other help files.

i did a upgrade through my blackberry desktop software and all good again...thanks
