Default Updated Bold, lost all settings and cant get email

Please Login to Remove!

I stupidly updated my Blackberry Bold 9650 last night and it erased all of my settings.
The one I am having the toughest time getting back is my email. It shows the addresses but wants me to put in the passwords to verify. However when I do I get the message "Sorry, unable to continue your session. Please log in again"
I am entering all correct passwords. wtf?
I have both turned it off/on and removed the battery.
I will even settle on deleting and re-adding the emails, but I cant find where to do that now either.
